Holiday house "Sonnenschein" on a small holiday island surrounded by waters ( lake for swimming , boating, relaxing on the sunbathing lawn) on which all those seeking relaxation feel comfortable. The house offers everything one needs for a great vacation! The light-filled dining/ cooking area can accommodate the whole family and is air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a wellness shower, toilette and sink. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed 140x200, a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed 140x200, a wardrobe with further storage space. Through the sliding door you reach the sunny terrace, which invites you to relax with comfortable garden furniture. The entire house has central heating. Terrace with comfortable garden furniture for 4 people and garden lounger. The garden has green areas and is completely enclosed. Building services: Gas central heating with hot water (Convenient to taxes on the room thermostat placed in the living room) Wi-Fi (free use) TV via SAT (Astra) Guest access – Shared laundry room with washing machines & dryers (laundry brands can be purchased from the space management.) Office hours: daily between 10am and 6pm! – small playground in the holiday island – Communal – Jetty with a small sunbathing lawn Other things to note There is an additional cost on site: Environmental tax - 3.5 euros per person from 18 years per night(to be paid in cash on site).
