BEDROOMS All eight bedrooms at the villa feature the villa’s signature sleek black décor, are furnished with king-size beds, and equipped with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. Upstairs in villa main pavilion are two identical master bedrooms – one facing east and the other west – appropriately named the Sunrise and Sunset suites. Sunrise looks out over a Hindu temple on the seafront whilst Sunset has wonderfully expansive views over the ocean. The rooms feature iPod docking stations, televisions, DVD players and lounge areas with enormous windows that can open to let in the balmy sea breezes. Daybeds on each of the rooms’ private balconies beckon for intimate moments of relaxation. Located at the far side of the garden, and separated by a decadent alfresco lounge area, are the mirror-image Sunrise and Sunset pavilions. Romanesque sunken baths luxuriate within the bedrooms while the ensuite bathrooms are fitted with a shower. Covered terraces embellished with artefacts and statues from around Indonesia offer views over the pool and garden and feature sofas built into the stonework. The Corner room below the Sunset suite is appointed with a king-size bed, has an ensuite bathroom with shower and access to its own private garden.
