Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor. The space Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house offers space for up to six people in approximately 100 square meters. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen-living room with a large dining area and a particularly cozy, spacious couch – perfect for long evenings with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooking island, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. A special highlight is our garden sauna with an open view over the fields. After a day on the Elbe, at Lake Sumter or on a bike, you can relax here and enjoy the tranquility of the Elbe valley. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm, 160 x 200 cm and 180 x 200 cm). One of the bedrooms also has a TV. The two smaller rooms are compact and cozily furnished. A large wardrobe in the corridor on the first floor provides ample storage space. From the living room, you can directly access the terrace with a sweeping view over the fields. On warm evenings, you can fire up the grill here, sit together, and watch the sun slowly disappear behind the field. For cozy hours, you will find a selection of board games in the house – from Hitster and Wizard to Rummikub and various "Game of the Year" classics. A ping-pong table and Viking chess are also waiting for you in the garden. Other things to note A Wallbox is available for electric cars directly on the premises. Billing is at €0.45 per kWh. The garden sauna can be used flexibly. 1 coin activates the sauna for 3 hours (€25). We are happy to provide you with bathrobes (cleaning fee €5 per bathrobe). If you like, you can also purchase an organic infusion (10 ml for €3.50). Shopping, a bakery and a pharmacy can be found in Neuhaus, 4 km away. Fresh eggs from the neighbor and regional Deichkäse from Konau provide a breakfast on request that goes perfectly with the Elbe valley.
