1901 Farm House “Par for the Course Inn”

This house features 5 bedrooms &3 baths. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed. The other downstairs bedroom has a full size bed with a futon. 3 other bedrooms are located upstairs. They have 4 queen size beds and 2 full-size beds. Has a cozy living room and dining room area & kitchen. Close access to I 40 and route 66 to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge areas. 8 miles to Knoxville Tennessee and surrounding areas are a short drive away. Stocked coffee/tea bar. The space The farm house “Par for the Course Inn” was remodeled in March 2021. It was built in 1901 and totally remodeled in 2021 and 2022. And it features five bedrooms and three baths. The first bedroom which is located on the first floor has a king size bed and a small love seat couch, great for younger children to sleep on. The second downstairs bedroom has 1 full size bed and a comfy futon couch. There are 3 bedrooms which are located upstairs. Bedroom 3 has two queen size beds and a small love seat sofa, perfect for small children to sleep on. Bedroom 4 has two queen size beds, and 5th the bedroom has two full-size beds. Each of the bedrooms has a TV with cable and Internet. The downstairs bedroom that has the full size bed does not have cable TV. Downstairs there is a living room, dining room and fully assessable kitchen. With all of the comforts of home. Featured coffee bar with Complementary coffee and tea. House has washer and dryer facilities. The outside has two fire pit areas and seating for 6 to 8 people at each site. Outside deck feature seating for 4 also front porch area also has seating for up to 16. Also has a gated backyard great for children. There are other comfortable areas to sit in the yard and just relax. The house bosts a wraparound porch that is great for entertaining. Breakfast and dinners are available to be catered at the house for a small fee. Call the host for pricing on private dinners. Guest access The whole house is accessible. There is a caretaker to help with any questions you have during your stay and you will be given contact information when you arrive. Other things to note Plenty of parking. We have extra land beside our home for large RVs, and extra cars. It will allow up to about 12 cars to be parked on that land area. We are also right beside the River Islands golf course feel free to let them know that you're staying with us and book your round of golf. The house is located right behind practice T greens and you have a full view of the mountains. We also host, weddings, graduations, retirement, parties, and any other kind of celebration you can think of !
