Other things to note ADDITIONAL CLEANING ON REQUEST: A cleaning crew can be booked for you, to service the unit during your stay. The cost is $160cad+ HST. You must provide a 5 hour window that unit will be unoccupied. You may keep your belonging in the unit. The cleaning pro will come with own keys and lock up afterwards. Services include: - replacing all linen - drying & folding of towels (washer must be started w towels due to time constraints) - vacuuming & cleaning of all floors - deep clean of bathrooms - taking out garbage - general cleaning Please request by messaging host. Host will send a payment request. A/C & HEATING: Please note that the heating and cooling systems in the building are operated seasonally. While the building and the unit have both A/C and heat, they cannot operate simultaneously and will depend on seasonality. While the exact dates of the transition are determined by the building and weather conditions, the Air Conditioning system is operational between approximately mid-May until mid-October, while the heating system is operational between mid-October until mid-May.
