Country house near Quito

La Cocha is located on a plateau very close to the Cochasquí Archaeological Park. In our 9000-meter space we have cultivated around a hundred species of plants, including vegetables, fruits, medicinal plants and others, all without the need to use chemicals. Five years ago we built this house with the aim of enjoying these gifts of nature and now we want to share this opportunity with more people. The space Inspired by the carob trees that characterize this area, we decided to build this house next to them and surround it with glass windows so as not to lose this contact. Our house has two bedrooms, an attic with mattresses on the floor, and a perfectly equipped social area. Outside you have another dining room under the tree and a small grill. Our 9000-meter plot is divided into two parts, half of which corresponds to the house and is for the use of its guests, and the second half, which is a camping area with its respective barbecue. If the guest wants to use this second part, they can do so for an additional cost. Guest access The house is equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, water heater, oven, and a small grill. Guests can visit the orchards we have throughout the property, taking the same care and affection that we have for them in our day-to-day work. At the back of the property, we have a camping area with a barbecue grill which can be used for an additional cost. Other things to note We are located forty minutes from Quito and ten minutes from Guayllabamba. If you don't have your own vehicle in Guayllabamba, taxis are available at very affordable prices.
