The building has a roof terrace and often parking on weekends. Ask for more! The space Thanks to the open floor plan and modern amenities, the apartment is suitable for many, and the guests have been families, couples, business travelers and groups of up to 6 people. Evening, brunch or movie night is well done in an apartment where the living room connects to the kitchen and there is plenty of seating space. The living room has a large TV and the ability to connect your own computer with the HDMI plug in the apartment. For families with children, the apartment has a high chair, toys and a travel cot, which can be placed in a separate hallway if desired. Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are included in the price. The apartment has a good selection of kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. The apartment has coffee, tea, oil, spices, shampoo, conditioner, spray gel, toothpaste, and other basic supplies that are available to guests. The sleeping arrangements include a 160 cm wide double bed and a 140 cm wide sofa bed with a separate mattress and an extra comfortable mattress topper. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests. The building has a roof terrace and on weekends a parking space in the parking garage of the neighboring house is usually available to guests (opening the garage door at check-in and check-out).
