The house is 2.5 km from downtown, has air-conditioning in both bedrooms and is entirely for your private and exclusive use. We do not live on-site. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Some guests are allowed, but parties and events are not allowed. Guests must bring: their hygiene products and the food they will consume. The space We have some solar panels to warm the pool a little and not leave the water cold. The water doesn't get hot, but it doesn't get cold either. The garage comfortably accommodates 1 vehicle (up to the size of a Hilux pickup truck). The neighborhood is quiet, safe and overlooks the city center. Voltage: 110V. The house has a full kitchen with a stove, sandwich maker, microwave, refrigerator, clay water filter, sink, dishes and cutlery, coffee strainer, coffee thermos, etc. We have basic kitchen utensils: cutlery, dishes, glasses, etc. There are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with three single beds. We don't have a crib for babies. Ultra fast Internet. No neighbors in front, overlooking the whole city. Residential district. New furniture in the rustic-style bedroom. New mattresses. The beds have a low pillow on each one. Large backyard entirely available to guests. Guest access The house has independent access. The house is not in the back. It's the only building on the land. The house is not in a condominium. Other things to note The pool measures 5 x 3 meters and is 1.5 meters deep. We don't have a washing machine or a sink to wash dishes. The house is structured to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. If the guest wishes to bring guests, the guest will need to provide more kitchen items, chairs, etc. to receive the guests.
