During the summer months of July and August, Fernhill is rented Saturday to Saturday. We offer a 5% discount on the weeks of June 22-29, and August 17-24, a 10% discount the week of August 24-31, and a 15% discount the week of August 31 - September 7. Spring/Fall Rates: Mid-week: $120/night Weekend: $130/night Message us to inquire about stays shorter than 7 nights, we will do our best to accommodate you! The space Fernhill sleeps 5 people. This cottage has a kitchen (equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and standard appliances), bathroom, living room, two upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen, the other with two twins. The cottage is located on a property with four other cottages. There is a small shared beach and dock area. We are located on Fourth Lake.
