The Bus stop located right in front of the house will take you anywhere from Melnrage Beach to the other side of Klaipeda. Enjoy the lively Old-Town with its numerous restaurants, clubs/bars and beauty of the curonian split(via Smiltyne Ferry), all within walking distance (200-800m) . nearest ATM - 200m, supermarkets -200m, Bakery -100m, Spa -150m, Park - 200m... and for a good rest return to the cosy apartment. The space Apartment is on the second floor, air-conditioned, 1-bedroom (queen bed), a kitchen/Living room with 1 sofa bed (convertable to double bed), apartment has fully equipped kitchen, High-Speed Internet (WiFi) and TV, Netflix. The bathroom is equipped with a Washing machine and the kitchen with a Dish Washer. Guest access Depending on occupancy, with 3-5 people the whole apartment, else one room is closed. Other things to note The apartment has a parking space for one car within close area of the apartment. If required the license plate/Car type is needed on registration. There is a strict no pet and no smoking policy. Any violation of that has a 250 EUR cleaning fee involved.
