The space This stylish studio features Queen size - Cool Max Gel - Memory Foam bed, Samsung smart TV and AC. The bathroom features a large walk-in tile shower. The kitchen comes with refrigerator, freezer, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker and is stocked with kitchen essentials. The Location This is a quiet and convenient location outside the in-town traffic but just 8 minutes from Tamarindo and 20 minutes from the world class surf destinations of Playa Grande and Playa Avellanas. Guest access The Rancho Villareal clubhouse pool is located a short 3 min drive away inside Rancho and is available from 8am to 10pm for guest use. Please note - the only time the pool would not be available is on the very rare occasion that the clubhouse has been reserved for a private event.
