You will be in a quiet place while being in the heart of a lively area of Paris. 📍 Less than 5 minutes from several shops in the area with the shopping street of Charonne. 📍 Less than a 10-min walk to Père Lachaise Cemetery. 📍 15 minutes from the Bastille district. The space Hello! I am delighted to welcome you to my 30 m2 two-room apartment, completely renovated in 2023, including a living room with open-plan kitchen and a bedroom with shower room. 🏠 This is an apartment where I live on a daily basis and that I rent out when I am away. 👉 The apartment is therefore fully equipped to enjoy Parisian life as if you lived there. 🛋️ The living room has a 2-seater sofa with a coffee table and a video projector 📽️ (TV, Prime, Disney+) available. The very bright room is planted with plants, which gives the impression of being in the middle of a small Parisian jungle. 👉 Board games are available for your use if you wish: Uno, cards, dice, Top Ten, 1000 Bornes, Burger Quiz, Scrabble, puzzles... 🍽️ The kitchen is equipped and you have everything you need to cook: electric stove, oven, pots, pans, oil and condiments, microwave, blender, juicer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and cooking utensils. Treat yourself to playing the little chefs👩‍🍳. ☕️ You have a choice for your hot drinks: - Ground coffee (Italian coffee maker) - Instant coffee - Powdered hot chocolate - Mate (gourd) - Chai - Tea and herbal tea 🍞 Take the opportunity to enjoy them with toast (butter, hazelnut spread and jams available). 👉 I personally practice sorting (recycling and composting). If you're curious to get started, I'll be happy to give you some briefings and you'll have directions to get there. 🛏️ The room is very functional. It has an excellent 140 x 190 double bed with a very comfortable mattress (pocket spring and memory foam), a large duvet, a bolster and 4 pillows for a good night's sleep. 😴 👉 The bedding is entirely dedicated to the use of the rental. 🚿 The bathroom is compact and bright: large shower, suspended toilet with hand shower, sink and mirror. 🧴 You have at your disposal: hair dryer, towel, shower gel, shampoo and other products.
