: Typical Tuscan land house on a hillside area at about 350mt a.s.l., just 25 minutes’ drive from Lucca. Located within a gracious hamlet, the house offers a breath-taking view. Fully independent, t’s equipped with all the necessary to spend a holiday in full tranquility, surrounded by peace and nature. Ideally conceived as a base to visit Lucca and its surroundings Important: a car is needed to reach the house, as public transportation offers a limited service. The space The house is on three levels: main entrance is on the ground floor, giving access to the dining room with a corner-living space, with a sofa and a TV. On the left a work of art brick arch leads you to the kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped : stove, kitchen wear, fridge, coffee machine. CAUTION: wooden stairs a bit steep without handrail lead to the first floor. That’s why this house is not indicated for persons with limited mobility. The first floor consists of a small bathroom with shower, and a double room with bunk beds, all connected through a hallway. The cozy and bright master bedroom is on the second floor, that you can reach through a beatuful wooden staircase. A breathtaking view on the vally is offered by the window. Hair dryer, linen, towels and care products are provided to guests. The private parking lot is just 20 mt from the house. Guest access The house is reachable without difficulty by a wide enough route which will be detailly descripted by the Host after the reservation.
