The space Entering the chalet on the ground floor, you'll find a beautifully wood-lined and spacious boot room with warming underfloor heating and generous storage space for outdoor clothing and footwear. There is also a handy laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble-dryer and drying space, should you need it. On this level there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin room, plus 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). The first floor, accessed via a short flight of stairs, has a beautiful open-plan living area with large comfy sofas and armchairs surrounding an impressive log fire. No better place to unwind after the day’s activities! There is also a handy bathroom and a 2nd living room with a sofa, additional seating, a large TV (UK and French channels) offering a very useful den for teenagers or adults to call their own – there is also a desk available for guests wishing to work from home, the view is quite inspirational! The kitchen comes superbly equipped with granite work surfaces and quality appliances including full size oven, microwave, induction hob, full height fridge-freezer and a Philips L'OR coffee machine. In the dining area, an impressive wood dining table comfortably seats 10 people, and a fondue and raclette machine are provided for those wishing to sample some authentic Savoyard cuisine. There is access to a south facing balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, including the jaw-dropping Criou. The garden and hot tub can also be accessed from this level. On the top floor there are 2 luxurious ensuite bedrooms. Both offer good storage with built-in wardrobes and a large wooden trunk in each ensuite. The ground level of the chalet is where you'll find bedrooms 3, 4 and 5. Bedroom 3 has an ensuite and a luxurious king size bed, which can be split into 2 single beds upon request. Bedroom 4 is another king-sized bedroom, with a large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 5 offers twin beds with a wardrobe and good storage. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share an adjacent bathroom with walk in shower, sink, towel radiator and WC. A double sofa bed in the snug/second living room provides a sixth sleeping area, and allows the chalet to sleep up to 12 people. A washroom (WC and sink) is located next door. A group size of 12 must include at least 2 children. If just adults the maximum group size is 10 for your comfort. The chalet boasts a private garden with sunny East and South-facing flat lawns, and a terrace featuring sunken hot tub available for year-round use. You can also enjoy amazing views of the Criou and Marcely mountains from 2 sunny balconies on the main living floor. The grounds are surrounded on all four sides by hedges giving a good deal of privacy without hindering the chalet's sunny position and fantastic views. Enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace or take in the views of the sun going down on the Criou from your spot in the hot tub! The garden is equipped with a table and chairs, BBQ, lounge and deck chairs and various garden games. A secure ski locker and separate large bike store is provided for 10 bikes (outside tap also available), and there is a parking area on the drive for up to 2 cars. For electric cars, you are able to park directly outside the house and charge up your car with the EV charger and cable provided.
