Outdoor equipment: - Outdoor shower. - A plancha - Garden furniture - Outside table for 6/8 people - An outdoor table for 4 people - Hammock and deck chairs - Darts games, A parking space is available inside the property (under video surveillance), as well as a free parking space outside. The Villa: On the ground floor: *Living area: kitchen, living room, dining room Living room equipment: - Island (5 people) with ceramic hob - Refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine (pod), kettle, toaster, dishwasher - Table and 8 chairs - Smart TV, WiFi, fiber optic, Marshall speaker. - 2 sofas and a coffee table *Bathroom: Equipment: - Double sink, bathtub, shower column. Heated towel rail. Hairdryer. Toilet. Body Wash and Shampoo. *Separate toilet + hand basin. *Laundry room: washing machine, clothes steamer. *Bedroom 1 equipped with a 160×200 bed, a built-in closet, a dresser, a ceiling fan and a mirror. Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: master suite with 160 × 200 bed, desk and bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity, walk-in closet), air-conditioned. - Bedroom 3: 140×200 bed + 90×190 pull-out bed and built-in closet, air-conditioned. Therefore, the property can accommodate 7 people as well as a baby. A baby cot is available upon request and will be set up in bedroom 1 on the ground floor. Guest access The entire property is accessible, with the exception of a few locked rooms and the garage. Other things to note Things to Note: * Possibility to rent the villa only by the day and not by the night, to contact me by messaging. (Seminar, photo shoot, quiet event). 🚼 Baby crib can be provided upon request. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and toddlers (stairs, steps, accessible pool, cacti). Of course, there is no prohibition, but tenants will take full responsibility for staying with children at Casa Albizia. Inside the house is non-smoking. No pets allowed in the house. Night parties are prohibited in the villa and outside, please respect our neighborhood. Linens + bath towels available.
