Our villa is a haven of peace offering the privacy of a quiet location in the heart of Arès and a few steps from the main beach and the market. It is a villa with one floor, we reserve the ground floor (unoccupied floor) for you but you have the possibility of renting it entirely. It is available between wood and contemporary touches, you can enjoy its tree-lined terrace, relax around its swimming pool or take your bike for a ride to the ocean. Parking with electric terminal. The space The ground floor of 130 m2 includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living/dining room. A removable terrace covers the Balinese swimming pool (8x3 m) for added security. Household linen is included in the price. Please note that when you rent the ground floor, the upper floor remains unoccupied. You also have the option of renting the house entirely.
