Our elevated family home with views of the Orewa estuary inlet is a modern & comfortable space with a large deck equipped with spa pool & BBQ. Plenty of space for the entire family with 2 lounges. One set up for the family to spend time together & the other with a large TV perfect for the adults evening retreat. An automatic coffee machine completes the experience. The masterbedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom with direct access out onto the deck. The space The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite. A second bedroom with queen size bed. A third bedroom with king single bed and single trundler bed underneath that pulls out. A fourth bedroom with king single bed. There is a family bathroom. The house has open plan living with a generous sized family room and lounge with ranch slider doors that lead out to a large deck for entertaining. In the back yard is a trampoline and swing set. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except one wardrobe.
