The space The house includes 3 bedrooms : 2 with direct access to a beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the garden and one on the upper floor including a private bathroom, a terrace and near the large rooftop terrace with beatiful views towards the sea and Sozopol. The air conditioning throughout the house, as well as the fireplace ensure optimal comfort throughout the year. A desk area, equipped with a 3-in-1 wireless printer, allows you to work (or telework) in an inspiring environment. You will find all the necessary kitchen appliances, including a toaster, a smoothis blender, a dishwasher... A second small kitchenette is available upstairs near the rooftop terrace. Guest access All parts of the house (including a washing machine room and an ironing room), the garden, as well as all the terraces are accessible to travelers. Only the garage and a storage room in the basement are reserved.
