Open plan living with loft style bedrooms upstairs, stylishly open, airy and cozy. Grassy backyard, easy living and very family friendly including a cot and kids toys on request. Private parking in driveway available for 2 cars and roadside parking available. The space - Master bedroom one has a king sized bed - Bedroom two has a double bed and a cot - Bedroom three has a double bed. - Large living area with couch and a 4 person sitting dining table and double fold out bed. - All rooms in the house are air conditioned, cooling or heated - Bathroom has a shower and bath - Laundry has washing machine and dryer - Separate toilet upstairs and downstairs - Webber to have a BBQ on veranda and seating - Please note there is no access to the garage and parking is available on the driveway for 3 cars and on the road Fold out bed available in living room couch. Please advise if this needs to be used so we can provide bedding. This is our home and as much as sometimes we never want to leave beautiful Lennox Head we do go on holidays to other places.
