2 bedrooms and 1 garden

Close to both the city center of Chambéry and a large park, we offer 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom and shower, separate toilet, kitchenette and a quiet garden in a cul-de-sac. On the ground floor of the house, the first bedroom has a double bed, and the second 2 single beds. A table and chairs will allow you to enjoy the garden quietly. Less than 200 m away: bike path, bus stops, bakery, shops, swimming pool, tennis. The space The "accommodation" is more suitable for a short stay than for a long stay. The 2 bedrooms are "homestay", on the ground floor of my house. I live on the 1st floor. I draw your attention to a particular point: there is no common room, and you can't eat in the kitchenette! When the weather is nice/hot, you can eat outside (garden or sheltered/shaded terrace). In the large bedroom, there is a desk and a table where you can just eat four. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, accessible on foot. Welcome!
