Hello, we are Graziella and Victor, are a young couple of musicians, and we are offering our pretty little house for rent. We hope you will fall in love as we have fallen in love with the charm and friendliness of the place. House of 100 m2 in Saint Jean de Marsacq, very beautiful small Landes village located 15 min from the beaches of Capbreton/Hossegor and 45 min from the first reliefs of the Basque country. The space Peaceful atmosphere with the beautiful garden facing the Romanesque church of the village dating from the 15th century. The comfort of being in the middle of the village (very good restaurant "l'Expression", grocery store, tobacco shop, post office, bakery 2 min walk) while having the feeling of being in nature (at the end of the garden, a large field overlooking the forest). The Adour passes just 2 km from the house with its towpath connecting Bayonne to Dax by bike path (walks, picnic, bike...). You will find a nautical base allowing you to take a ride on the river by electric boat as well as a nice guinguette to have a drink, dinner, play pétanque... 2 bikes are available free of charge as well as 1 foam surfboard. Farms all around, will allow you to supply yourself with quality fruits and vegetables. Also possibility of having a market almost every day in the neighboring municipalities. We are happy to advise you on activities, restaurants, walks... We are friends with our neighbors and would like to remain so, so we ask that your visit be respectful and with a reasonable noise level in the evening :) The house has 2 bedrooms: - 1st bedroom upstairs with a double bed - 2nd bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds downstairs and a double bed on the mezzanine. Large cathedral living room with open kitchen of 50 m2 giving direct access to the terrace through a bay window. Bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. Facilities: BBQ, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine as well as a drying rack (indoor and outdoor), TV, Wi-Fi access, and a dressing area in each room. Note that an outbuilding is also available for rent next door but without any overlook or even shared space. The house is completely independent!!! Linens and towels are not included but can be provided for an additional €10 per person. Guest access The entire house and garden.
