Old renovated hayloft in the heart of the charming village of Beaumes-de-Venise. The cottage is located at the end of a shared private cul-de-sac where you can enjoy an outdoor area with dining table. Walking distance to all local shops and amenities - 150 m away: bakery, butcher, cheese shop, restaurants, ice cream shop, newsstand, Tuesday morning market - 300 m away: supermarket, communal swimming pool The gite has 2 bike racks inside to store them safely The space The house is spread over 3 levels: Ground floor: entrance + storage (possibility of storing 2 bikes) Level 1: bedroom with storage Level 2: living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet Warning: access is via very steep stairs secured by a ramp so not recommended for infants and people with limited mobility Bed, bathroom and house linens are provided. Guest access Free parking is available throughout the village. Other things to note At the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail and 30 kilometers from the summit of Mont Ventoux, it is a perfect base for road bike, mountain bike, hiking and climbing trips. Wine discoveries can be made along the Wine Route, in Beaumes-de-Venise itself but also in Vacqueyras, Gigondas, Rasteau, Châteauneuf-du-Pape... There are also many possible cultural outings: classified villages, Vaison-la-Romaine, Orange, Avignon and its festival in July...
