There’s a pay parking infront of Kasara and along SM Hypermarket or Tiendesitas which are both walking distance from the unit. The space Resort feel vibes within the city + Located at Eagle St. & P.E Antonio Avenue, Ugong, Pasig City. + 3 minutes walk to C5 road, McDo, Jollibee, Dunkin Donut, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, SM Hypermarket and Tiendesitas + 8-15 minutes drive from and to BGC, Megamall, Ortigas Center, Eastwood City, Taguig City, Podium Mall, The Medical City, Meralco Avenue, Makati Business District and Ninoy Aquino International Airport via C5 Road. Guest access + Open access to Garden located at the 4th Floor + Free access of Swimming pool to 3 guests. Additional head is Php 150/pax. Pay directly to condo admin. Pool Closed Every Monday (routine maintenance) (as of Sep 2025 the pool is closed due to construction towers 4 and 6) Other things to note + Valid ID of each guest is required for guest listing approval of Condo Admin.
