The space The home was built in 1958 so it has a mid-century charm you just don't get in a new build, with huge windows connecting you to the outside. The entire home has been renovated from top to bottom and every room feels bright and cheery. Back yard is spacious and clean, and has a space for outdoor dining, propane grill and a lounge area. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the storage shed and a small storage room, both accessed from outside. We ask all guests to ensure there's zero noise outside after 10pm. TOILET PAPER The house utilizes a septic system, which means the only toilet paper that can be used without clogging the system is the septic-safe variety. If having luxurious toilet paper is important to you, we'd recommend booking another home. THERMOSTAT The daytime temperatures here can be very high during the summer months. Most locals keep their thermostats set to 76-80 degrees during this time. We understand not everyone is used to such warm temperatures, but the lowest we can allow the thermostat to be set during the hotter months is 72 degrees.
