Welcome to my rental home in S Mpls. Right off the lightrail by the airport, and a short train ride to downtown or the Mall of America. Only a 5-minute walk to Minnehaha Falls. Keypad entry available for late check-ins. Parking: Free on street or there is a secured attached small 1-car garage. Home has solar panels and compost in the back if you want ecofriendly lodging. Rules: No pets No partying ($250 fine) No smoking/glitter on property ($150 fine) Please be respectful of my neighbors The space House is 2 bedrooms, a living room, plus a full kitchen and bathroom all on the main floor. The laundry facilities are in the unfinished basement down a flight of stairs. There is a fenced in backyard. The garage is a very small single stall attached garage. A large suv or station wagon will not fit. There is free street parking though. Guest access Home is a 5-minute walk from the lightrail.
