The private grounds have been beautifully landscaped with a large solar heated pool, massive deck, pool house/office studio, outdoor shower, porch swing bed, and a beautiful lawn. The house is fully furnished and equipped with a gourmet kitchen and bar seating, and both indoor and outdoor dining area with gas grill. Please note that you will be responsible for propane, gas and electric during your stay. Expansive bifold patio windows connect you with the outside for truly seamless open-air living. Dine al fresco, take a dip in the modern solar heated swimming pool, sunbathe on the chaise lounges, fire up the BBQ, play croquet or cornhole on the lovely lawn, and lounge on the outdoor sofa with a glass of wine. Casa Blanca is not a party house; Sonoma county has zoning and noise ordinances Other things to note This 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom (plus outdoor shower) home has one king bed in the master, two twin XLs in the second bedroom (that can easily be converted into a King), and a Queen-size Murphy bed in the third bedroom. The third bedroom can also be used as a den or office. The master bedroom and the third bedroom both have full ensuite bathrooms with double sinks.
