This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, direct beachfront condo is recently refreshed and ready to welcome you. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private beachfront balcony every morning and gorgeous sunsets over the ocean each night. The space The beachfront balcony, featuring unobstructed views of the Gulf, will beckon you for morning coffee with the dolphins or a glass of wine with the sunset. Sunsets on the Shores features a primary suite with ocean views, a king bed, walk-in closet, and a desk with monitor for your remote work-from-home office. The secondary suite includes a queen bed with a twin trundle and additional desk for working remotely…if you must! Both bathrooms include walk-in showers, and the primary suite bathroom includes a hairdryer and a safety bar in the shower. A convertible chair/twin bed in the living room allows the condo to comfortably sleep six. The living room has a new 50-inch smart TV, and both bedrooms include TVs. All come with standard cable; remember to bring your app logins for full access to your favorite Netflix, Prime, Hulu and other premium channels. High speed wireless internet is included. The kitchen features a view of the sunrise over the intracoastal waterway. It is fully stocked with plates, pots, pans, etc. and includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Cuisinart dual pod/pot coffee maker and microwave. The in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to pack light! Linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and a few games and activities are included. Guest access The full two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo will be reserved for your private use. This includes bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and beachfront balcony. Other things to note A free parking space and two elevators allow for easy access. A smart keypad entry system allows for contactless entry. A personal code will be provided at least 24 hours prior to check in. Please note our HOA requires a 30-day lease contract.
