A stone's throw from the sea and the center, La Casa di Delia is located in one of the oldest and most characteristic corners of the town of Marciana Marina, "Il Castello". It consists of a comfortable kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and washing machine, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, a living room with a 3-seater sofa, a TV area and an additional dining table. The elevated location and thick walls make the house ventilated and bright, as well as offering a romantic view of the rooftops and mountains. Other things to note From June 1 to September 15, the apartment has a private and covered parking space, with an automatic gate about 500 meters away, very useful especially during the busiest tourist periods. In the immediate vicinity there are also free parking lots and stations to recharge electric cars. Bed linens and towels are available for rent at a cost of €20 per person for the entire stay. You can also rent only the sheets or only the towels for a fee of €10 per person. For stays of at least 14 days, a new set of sheets will be provided after one week, at no additional cost.
