Aloha and welcome! Whether you’re here to relax, work remotely, or just recharge, we’ve created a space that’s warm, comfortable, and easy to settle into. This is our primary home when we’re not traveling, and we’ve loved every inch of it. The condo is quiet, modern, and full of charm—a peaceful spot with a low-key resort vibe and stunning mountain views. We fell in love with it and are excited to share it with you. It's super gay-friendly, intimate, and uniquely Palm Springs. The space Welcome to Warm Sands, your vibrant neighborhood retreat in Palm Springs! Step outside and be greeted by sprawling vistas of the majestic Mt. San Jacinto mountain range, painting the sky with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Indulge in the delectable flavors of New York-style water-boiled bagels at the renowned bagel shop nearby, or sip cocktails at the iconic gay bar, fondly known as our "lobby bar." Our cozy hideaway offers the perfect balance of charm, comfort, and convenience. It is just a leisurely 30-minute stroll from downtown Palm Springs. Escape to this lush oasis, where tranquility meets excitement, making it the ideal spot to bask in the warm California sun or tackle work easily from the comfort of home. With our personalized hospitality and accommodations, you'll feel right at home! It is perfect for extended remote work, as you can admire the mountains while working or take a refreshing dip in the pool or hot tub between meetings. Whether you’re seeking a work-play combo, a relaxing escape from the cold, or a break from big-city life, our tiny, gay-friendly community awaits Please be gay-friendly, respectful, and clean. Primary Guest(s) must submit a photo ID for age verification before check-in (City Law). Quiet Hours are 9 PM to 9 AM. Loud music is not permitted outside, and parties or events are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Occupancy Limit: 2 people per bedroom, with a maximum of 2 vehicles in assigned spaces. Small dogs are welcome with a paid $150 per dog fee, and certain breeds may not be allowed. Guest access Park it and leave it! Everywhere is walkable as we're a 15-minute walk to the heart of downtown Palm Springs. There are two (2) designated covered parking stalls for our guests. There is plenty of free street parking as well. Our unit is up one flight of stairs, and there are no elevators. Other things to note First and foremost, have fun and relax! We know you'll love this home! We do :-) Pool heating: Yes, the pool is solar-heated year-round. During the cooler winter months (Jan–Feb), it’s typically around 70–75 degrees. Most of our guests enjoy it as is. If there’s a rare cold snap and you’d like the gas heater turned on to make it warmer, we can usually accommodate this request—we just ask guests to cover any additional heating costs beyond what’s already budgeted. But in most cases, it’s comfortable without that.
