The dock is shared with the unit next door that we also host. One hall closet is locked with storage supplies. Other things to note *Note* boat dock not suitable for sailboats. Swimming in canal not advised. Water is brackish. Dock is shared with twin townhome next door hosted by us. Watch your children around the water. Owner is not responsible for any accidents. This is Florida, the water is brackish. This means anything could be swimming in it including bull sharks. Dogs must be leashed and stay on the property and may not wonder on the neighbors docks. Please be mindful that other guests with children stay next door. You are responsible if your dog bites someone. Don’t complain that it’s not on the beach- read the description and look at the map!
