Twin townhome next door also available to rent for large families or groups. Guest access Guests have use of the entire home/yard/porch and garage along with everything in it. The dock is shared with the unit next door that we also host. One hall closet is locked with storage supplies. Other things to note *Note* boat dock not suitable for sailboats. Swimming in canal not advised. Water is brackish. Dock is shared with twin townhome next door hosted by us. Watch your children around the water. Owner is not responsible for any accidents. This is Florida, the water is brackish. This means anything could be swimming in it including bull sharks. Dogs must be leashed and stay on the property and may not wonder on the neighbors docks. Please be mindful that other guests with children stay next door. You are responsible if your dog bites someone. Airbnb has now decided to charge 15% to hosts vs the guest. They would like to hide their fees and have asked hosts to increase our rates to make up for the 15% they now charge us. The counties have also implemented a 5% additional bed tax to be paid monthly in addition. That does not include the additional costs from FEMA due to flood insurance. While I normally have lower rates I am now forced to increase these rates because of corporate decisions.
