Set over two levels of living spaces, our multi-storey duplex style house consists of 2/3 bedrooms, dining, kitchen, bathroom, laundry. Two bedrooms on the first level. Separated and private. Further up one floor is the main lounge, kitchenette and bathroom capturing beautiful lake vistas in a truly tranquil setting. Upper Floor - Lounge area and TV - Great views! - Kitchenette - Bathroom with shower - Double Bed (open studio space) Outdoor Terrace -Access from elevated ground floor via stairs -Dining table and 6 chairs -Sitting lounge area The house has a roomonitor device, this measures sound levels to ensure no parties or disruption to neighbours. It does not record sound, just monitors the houses decibel rating. Great features of North Narrabeen Getaway : - The location is perfect, on the Northern Beaches. A short drive to all the attractions of the Northern Beaches. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: - The home is a duplex. Its split in two and access is from the left hand side. A tenant resides on the right hand side, and has a backyard at the back of the property which is separated and private. There is No shared spaces or entry. - From time to time you may hear the neighbours in their yard, but all areas are separated and private. - The upstairs level is open plan, has a split system aircon and a studio style. - The downstairs middle floor is a separate area, can be left open or locked for privacy as a separate private space. It is the location of the two bedrooms, main kitchen, laundry and dining area. aircon in main bedroom - The entire duplex is three levels, accessed by stairs. There is two flights of stairs from the ground floor to the first level, and a further two flights to the second top floor. - Its a leafy garden location, so please expect leaves and debris in the garden. We do regular sweeping and maintain the garden but there will still be leaves from time to time. - The carspace is on the left hand side of the drive way and a gravel based carspace. The concrete drive way is for the other tenant. We recommend street parking as it’s free and Please see below more important information below. Guest access - You can use all the house and the terrace exclusively and privately. - We do not provide beach towels so guests have to bring their own. - One towel is provided per person per stay. We also include single use shampoo, soaps, body wash, toilet, coffee/ tea/ sugar and some provisions to get you started. They are not replenished during your stay. Other things to note: During your stay we can provide extra cleaning or linen change. We will need at least 24 hours notice, please enquire for pricing. Check in For personal check ins please ensure to have your id, and it needs to match the name on the booking. Check ins are from 3pm. There is strictly NO PARTIES or EVENTS to be held at the house . No refund will be given on the stay if building and booking rules are violated. We do not accept third party bookings. The person checking in must be the person who has made the booking. *If you are a corporate or insurance booking, contact us in advance to make the arrangements for a third party booking. Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out will usually not be available, as our cleaning team requires sufficient time to clean and prepare between guests. Luggage storage is NOT available as its a residential home. Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts etc. Some additional costs below: Lost keys - $100 Lock out fee - $50 9am to 7pm / $90 9pm to 1am The house can have no more than 6 people staying. No large gatherings or groups can be accommodated at this house as it’s a quiet residential street with excellent neighbours. Guest access Entire home is yours to enjoy privately.
