Tucked high up in the trees, this renovated cutie is the west side of a duplex features 2 stories 2 beds and 1.5 baths, accommodating up to 4 people. Enjoy your coffee or lounge in a hammock on one of four decks. Pack a lunch and kayak to an island in the sound. Water access is 300 feet from the front door. Look for seashells at the beach, only .2 miles away, or walk along the 11-mile bike path that runs through the heart of Emerald Isle. Public boat ramp is only 1.1 miles from the house. The space This duplex has a reverse floor plan. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath are located on the top level so you can take in the views, with the two bedrooms and full bath on the lower level. The upper level features vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, a TV with Roku, comfortable seating, and a private deck that overlooks the sound. There are two beds in the lower level: one full size and one queen. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with a hammock, and the bathroom features a rain shower head. The garden area below the house has outdoor seating and garage access for laundry or storage while you're here. Forgot your beach towels or beach chairs? Don't worry! You'll find both in the house. If you're interested in kayaking, let us know. We have two available for use, along with life jackets and paddles. Guest access You'll have access to the entire west side of the duplex, including an outdoor shower, yard area, four decks, and a washing machine and dryer in the garage. Other things to note We have convenient boat parking on our property and two designated parking spaces in the shared drive.
