Welcome to our Como apartment by the sea in Spotorno! This property is ideal for those looking for a relaxing vacation, with the comfort of air conditioning and staying just 300 meters from the sea... Expect a ventilated and bright house thanks to the numerous exposures on three sides of the house Perfect for families looking for accommodation for up to five people, thanks also to our comfortable sofa bed. The space *Heating via efficient heat pumps to be switched on at check-in* Access to the condominium is possible after about 50 steps, equivalent to about a third floor on foot, therefore not suitable for the elderly. There is a very steep slope where you can unload, which I have traveled several times, I recommend only for those who have an excellent driving experience. Once you enter the three-room apartment, you will find yourself in a hallway, the core of the apartment, from which you can access each room. Starting from the room, present on the left, comfort is the first thing we thought of: you will have a comfortable sofa for three people and a single bed with which to relax even during the day, pampered by the air conditioning. In the center of the room there is a table for four or five people and a cool balcony for sunbathing with two deck chairs. Continuing on, you will find the beautiful bathroom that is equipped with complete sanitary ware, a free washing machine, a sink and a new shower box perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen, on the other hand, is fully equipped with a hob and a large double sink, as well as dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. We have also left a tasty coffee machine and a microwave for guests to cook quickly, saving time. From the balcony in this room, you can see the courtyard and have access to the recycling bins. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable, with a large window that guarantees brightness during the day and freshness at night. The bed is queen size and the large closet is for storing your clothes and belongings. Going out, you will find a small outdoor space of the condominium that is in effect a courtyard with some benches ideal for children and for those who want to stay outdoors on vacation days! :) Guest access The three-room apartment is at guests' complete disposal. The courtyard is shared and unfenced. Finally, access to the condominium is possible after climbing about twenty steps. Other things to note The house supply includes a small and a medium towel per guest, complete bed linen, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses and plates, a roll of complimentary toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, gas lighter, salt and sugar, sponges to clean the dishes and a kitchen towel. The accommodation tax is €1 per night per person for a maximum of 5 nights, excluding children under the age of 12. The tax is in effect from April 1 to October 30.
