LOWER LEVEL: As we enter the house, we find a large garage in where you can leave your bikes... On that same floor there is a lovely bedroom with two TWIN beds and a very spacious private bathroom. There is also a half bath and a laundry room. --1 st FLOOR : On the first floor, after going up the stairs, we find a 40m2 BEAUTIFUL LIVING ROOM with very high ceilings It is a beautiful room with the balcony and window facing the street. Ideal to see the Holy Week that passes through Zaragoza street and through our street as well. The living room is very comfortable, elegant and very spacious with several sofas and armchairs, and a wonderful bookstore. THE DINING ROOM is located in the next room with a table that seats 8 people. It is located just below a glass ceiling that brings a lot of natural light into the room. THE KITCHEN is very spacious and FULLY EQUIPPED with everything one may need.
