Cute, clean home in nice neighborhood of downtown Midland. Walking distance to Dow Gardens, Center for the Arts, the Tree Canopy, Main Street, 2 splash parks, Emerson Park, the Tridge. First floor living with kitchen, dining and living room. Upstairs has three bedrooms and bathroom. Laundry in the basement. Lots of parks for young children nearby. Nice landscaped yard with fire pit. Large porch on front to enjoy the blossoming trees in spring and the shade in summer. Dog friendly. Other things to note This is an old house but has character and is well loved. The floors do creak but they are also 100+ years old. I mention this because some guests have noted it in their reviews and I want guests to be aware before booking.
