A cosy cottage perched on the south hill just a few minutes walk from the Armidale CBD. 'Marsh House' offers all the essential comforts of a modern home while maintaining it's original charm. The space Marsh house has a practical cottage feel with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. It was built in 1865 making it the second oldest house in Armidale. It's since been fitted with all the essentials of modern living although the spaces maintain much of their original warmth and character. The double brick walls give the house a cosy feel and the enclosed fire place in the living room keeps all the main living areas warm during the winter months. The three bedrooms are comfortable and understated and there is ample wardrobe space for those seeking a longer stay. The backyard is spacious and the patio is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. Guest access Access is via the front door which is fitted with a coded lock avoiding the need to find and carry house keys. The code will be forwarded to guests once a booking is confirmed. Please note the access code will be changed periodically so returning guests will always need to receive a new code. There is off street parking for two cars however the garage/garden shed will be locked. The yard is dog proof and guests are welcome to help themselves to whatever is growing in the vegetable garden during their stay. Other things to note Pets are welcome and the backyard is quite secure. However, we ask that guests avoid having their pets inside during their stay. Registration Details PID-STRA-50262
