Charming farm

We are renovating with my daughter (4.5 years old) a piece of family farm on 1000 m2 of land in the municipality of Malafretaz. Children can enjoy the trampoline, swing... Located along the national road, you can use the greenway for your walks (by bike, scooter, rollerblades, etc.) but also for your shopping because all shops are accessible between 5 and 10 minutes on foot. Lake, nautical activities, concert, restaurant, everything is within reach for a pleasant stay. The space a 20 m2 master bedroom, 1 children's bedroom with 1 "teepee bed", 1 extra bed for 1 person and 1 umbrella bed with mattress. Other things to note On request it is possible to have a stroller (fully reclines for a nap)
