This recently rehabbed building and modern, newer, second floor apartment is conveniently located in downtown Rock Island, making it very convenient to both the Centennial bridge and the Arsenal. It is located within 2 blocks of the bus station and within 1-4 blocks of Rock Island restaurants and entertainment venues. This is an up-and-coming area of Rock Island, with other older buildings on the block in planning phases for being updated. The space This is a modern space with stone countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, new appliances, comfortable and cozy furniture. There is a small onsite laundry room for the building, on the first floor, that can be accessed via the back stairs and with the provided fob. The washer and dryer takes quarters. Guest access Guests will occupy the entire one bedroom apartment. Other things to note There are several stairs to the second floor. We DO NOT have an elevator in the building.
