The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. It features a suite with a queen-size bed and a balcony with ocean views, as well as a living room with a sofa bed and TV, an equipped kitchenette (with a stove, refrigerator, utensils, and a coffee maker with complimentary capsules), and a private bathroom. The space also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and all the essentials for a short or long stay. As a special feature, we offer a mini welcome amenity with selected items to make your arrival more convenient. Simply replace what you use at the end of your stay, or, if you prefer, the corresponding amount will be charged. Guest access Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive our check-in guide with all the information and instructions up to 24 hours before your arrival, or immediately after confirmation for same-day reservations. On the day of check-in, simply identify yourself to the doorman located at the building entrance. This process is simple and quick, with no need to climb stairs. Our team is available 24 hours a day to assist you with anything you need. Access to the apartment is via the elevator, located in the entrance hall. The door has a digital lock, and the access code will be sent in advance along with the check-in guide. You will also have access to the pool area. Other things to note GENERAL NOTES • No visitors are allowed. • All apartments are non-smoking. • Guests must respect the quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays, and 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekends and holidays. • Please check your belongings before leaving the apartment, as CLICK LODGE is not responsible for any items left behind. • Cleaning included in the rate is performed only at check-out. Additional cleaning during the stay will incur an extra charge. • Each guest is provided with one bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom, as well as bed linens for the number of registered guests. • Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee. • Pets are allowed, with an additional fee.• Relax, enjoy, and don’t worry about anything else :) The CLICK LODGE team is always available to assist guests. CANCELLATION POLICY • Guests have 7 (seven) days after the reservation is confirmed to cancel for a full refund, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), except in cases where check-in occurs within this period. • Guests who cancel more than 30 days before check-in are entitled to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount. If a payment of less than 50% was made, this amount is non-refundable. • If the reservation is canceled 30 days or less before check-in, no refund will be issued. • If the guest checks out earlier than the agreed period, no payments already made will be refunded. • Reservations made through partners must be canceled directly with the respective partner’s support team.
