This is a great place with lots of room for fun. Nice backyard on a canal with a fire pit and grill. The canal is not navigable by motorized vessels but you DO have access to a private boat ramp, place to park your trailer and a place to moor your boat less than a quarter mile away when you book with us. Kayaks, Paddleboards, and Canoes can launch from property. ***If available, we do have a pontoon for rent to guests only. The rental fee is $150 per day and you cover gas. Message owners. The space You have access to the entire home and yard. You also have unlimited access to our personal dock and canal while you are staying with us. If you have a bigger family and need more space we have two rentals side by side, please contact us for more information. ***There is a pontoon rental available to our guest only please message us for additional information. Guest access House, front and back porches, grilling and fire pit area. Other things to note There are at least 12 clear water springs within an hour and a half of our location. Two of them accessible by boat. Bring your water toys and have some fun.
