House on the Ledge

The House on the ledge is a beautiful , well-appointed home perched atop the Niagra Escarpment, with walking trails just downhill from the backyard. It boasts fantastic views of the famous bay of Green Bay. On a clear night you can watch the sunset over Lambeau Field and the UWGB Campus. This rental sleeps at least eight adults very comfortably in a quiet but convenient location. This home includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, office/bedroom, an open kitchen and living area The space The house on the ledge is a spacious 3 Bedroom (with office that has fold out futon) 2 bath house located on the Northeast side of Green Bay high atop the Niagra Enscrapment. The bedrooms can host up to 8 guest and contain the follow beds, 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 1 twin bed and one fold out futon. The Open kitchen was designed for entertaining with breath taking views of the city and the UWGB campus. Out in the back yard you will find yourself surrounded by the forest of the UWGB Cofrin Arboretum. An abundance of wildlife including Deer, Grey Fox, Wild Turkey, Squirrels, Rabbits and much more can be seen. The Cofrin arboretum is also Famous to many bird watchers from all around state of Wisconsin. On the edge of the property there is access to 6+ miles of woodchip and paved Hiking/ Biking Trails. These trails bring you over wooden bridges, past the historic Chapel, along the Bay of Green Bay and through the UWGB campus. So don't forget your pedal bike or Hiking shoes!!! The Location of the House on the Ledge is minutes away from many great Restaurants and local Pubs. You will find easy access to the highway leading to Door County along with many other family friendly attractions. Some of the poplular attractions are Sturgeon Bay (30 Mins), Bay Beach Amusement Park (5 Mins) Resch Expo Center (15 Mins), Wildlife Sanctuary (5 Mins) NEW Zoo (25 Mins) Downtown Green Bay (10 Mins) and Lambeau Feild (15 Mins) Bring your friends and family, and when you’re not taking in the sights of Green Bay or Door County , enjoy the chock-full game closet, or take off on a hike to the historic chapel down the trail. The lower level is currently being renovated and is off limits to guest at this time Other things to note Guests will have access to parking in Driveway and Garage. Up to 4 cars can be parked. Boat parking can be arranged across the street if needed.
