A Casinha

The casinha has been renovated and has two double rooms [one of which has a desk], a kitchen-cum-living room, bathroom with shower and WC. There is a front courtyard and a garden with terrace. Mini market at 3 min. on foot. Motorway is 2 minutes away [a little perceptible outside] In 15 minutes you can reach Rio Maior and Santarém. In 35 minutes you can reach the coast and the beautiful beaches of Foz do Arelho. Peniche in 40 minutes, Nazaré in 45 minutes, Lisbon airport in 50 minutes Other things to note We are not responsible for defects in goods or services provided by third parties, including water, electricity, internet. We provide the basics such as toilet paper, soap and detergent as well as rubbish bags, which are sufficient for the first few days. For the rest of your stay, we ask you to take care of the necessities. Only the guests named in the reservation are allowed to stay in the house. Additional charges may apply in the event of damage, unregistered guests or smoking in the house. IMPORTANT In order to comply with our legal obligation (art.45 of the Schengen Agreement and art. 15th of portuguese Law nr. 23/2007 of 4 July), we request the sending of the complete data of all the guests of your stay so that we can fill out the respective Accommodation Bulletins. This applies to all guests who do not have Portuguese nationality. The key will only be handed over if the data has been sent to us in advance or if the form is filled in at check-in. – full name - date of birth - place of birth - nationality - place of residence - country of residence - passport number or national ID card - country of passport or national ID card Do not leave pets unattended. There is ample space for parking on the street. There is no possibility to park on the property. The address of the flat may not be used as a residence and/or tax address in Portugal/Europe and for purposes other than the accommodation address during the duration of the stay in our house.
