We take pride in producing our own olive oil and our very own wine currently in the making, a true taste of the land and its traditions. The property is dotted with cozy seating nooks and picnic tables, inviting you to slow down, savor a good book, or share a glass of wine as the sun sets over the vines. There's a dedicated play area featuring a swing, a trampoline for hours of bouncing fun, and a whimsical teepee perfect for make-believe games or a cozy afternoon nap in the shade. We can't wait to welcome you! Guest access Guests have access to the entire 5-acre property Other things to note DOGS & PETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE OF HOUSE. There will be a $1000 cleaning fee for smoking inside the house. Please feel free to use the back patio space, and please be mindful not to leave your trash on the ground. Our gardener comes once a week. His name is Jaime and is very friendly! We have some garden boxes close to the house for your enjoyment! There is always something new growing in most seasons. Please help yourself when the veggies are ripe and ready. There are also olive trees, lavender and other herbs all around! There is a 55" flat screen with Apple TV in the living room for your enjoyment. We also have Bose speakers for your favorite playlists! Our one request with music, is to please keep sound at a MINIMUM AFTER 9pm during the week and 10pm on the weekends to respect all of our neighbors. We have lots of interior design, cooking, and garden books. We hope you enjoy them, get inspired and keep them fresh for future guests. Due to our location in the country, cell phone service may be spotty, but you shouldn’t have much of a problem. We have Wi-Fi at the house. Please, no additional guests on the property at any time that are not on the reservation or have not been cleared by me first. Thank you for your understanding :) This house is surrounded by amazing local wildlife. At night you will hear the buzzing of the cicadas to lull you to sleep, a few of our resident owls, and lots of birds living in the oak trees. We do occasionally get visited by coyotes that typically pass through. This is the country, so the cleaner you keep the kitchen counters, the less bugs there will be. Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance. Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Ynez at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup. A: We may on a limited basis allow a limited number of people on the property. We will need specifics about your request to know if it's possible and give an accurate quote. Q: Can I film/take pictures here? A: We do not book shoots through Airbnb.
