Bed setup: The suite has a king size bed, one full size sofa sleeper, and up to 1 extra rollaway bed can be rented from the hotel for an additional charge of $60/night plus tax. Guests are entitled to all concierge services, two Lapis spa passes daily (spa entry only - other services are additional)and all hotel amenities. Please note the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge, not included in the rate, has been increased affecting reservations booked after January 14th, 2023. Guest access The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a jr suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel’s mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking. Other things to note HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $150 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid.
