It's just a few steps away from the Palm Beach Plaza Mall and Paseo Herencia (about 350 to 400 yards or a 5 to 8-minute walk). Additionally, it's only 450 yards from the FANTASTIC BEACH. To reach the beach, you'll cross a field and the main street, "LG Smith Boulevard." Within a short distance from my apartment, you'll find all the renowned restaurants, pizzerias, cafes (including Starbucks), ATM points, high-rise hotels (such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Playa Linda, Holiday Inn, etc.), and the best casinos. You'll also find a variety of shops, disco bars, cinemas, and the most significant and famous mall in Aruba – the Paseo Herencia Mall. Walking just another 100 yards (around 2 more minutes), you'll reach one of the world's most exquisite and beautiful beaches. There's a free pedestrian access point right next to the Holiday Inn Hotel, providing free access to the beach. Nearby, you'll also discover the renowned Moomba Beach Bar and Restaurant, where you can enjoy the beachfront atmosphere. Along the beach, you'll find rental facilities for various water sports and numerous places to eat or drink directly by the water's edge or on the sand. You can even rent umbrellas and sunbeds right on the beach. In essence, all of this is just a few steps away from my apartment. Palm Beach is undoubtedly the best location to stay if you're seeking a blend of exceptional cuisine, stunning beaches, water sports, and vibrant nightlife. My small condominium consists of 7 independent apartments. Each unit has its private terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and sunbed. The common area includes a BBQ area with a large table and chairs, a pool, and a pool bathroom with a shower. Guests have full-day access to the pool. You can conveniently park your car in front of my property as street parking is entirely free. For stays between 6 and 30 days, usage is free every 5 days. For stays of less than 6 days, there is a fee of $5 for the washing machine and $10 for the dryer. The apartment's location is so excellent that it provides easy access to the main road, leading you quickly to the Town area and also to the North and Midland regions of the island. The three fundamental rental holiday house rules for this property are LOCATION, LOCATION, and LOCATION! Around 400 yards away (a 3 to 4-minute walk), you'll find a small supermarket where you can get everything necessary for the first few days, such as milk, biscuits, flour, eggs, pasta, fruit, meat, vegetables, cosmetics, perfumery, beverages, alcohol, tobacco, and more. For a larger shopping trip, about 2.5 miles away, you'll find Aruba's largest and most significant supermarket – Superfood Market. Only 350 yards from my apartment, right in front of the Holiday Inn Hotel, there's a bus stop. The Palm Beach neighborhood is known for its high safety level. Guest access All house guests have access to the pool, the BBQ area, and the relaxation area with sun loungers. Additionally, a bathroom with an external shower is provided for guests' convenience. This is particularly useful for those who will be departing in the evening and wish to make the most of their final vacation hours at the beach. This way, they can have the chance to take a refreshing shower before their departure. Other things to note Check-in: from 3:00 pm Check-out: 11:00 am I kindly request that you refrain from sitting on the bed, sofa, and cloth chairs while wearing swimsuits.
