Centrally located condo at the heart of the city, our place is within few minutes walk to downtown Session Road, Baguio Cathedral, Burnham Park, Sky Ranch & SM. It is accessible to daily essentials and public transportation as well. The unit is a spacious, airy and peaceful 3rd floor unit. Beds are comfy double size (54x75) & twin size (48x75) sofa bed. Cooking is allowed and basic kitchen utensils are available for use. Bath towels and basic bath essentials are provided. The space Approximately 28 sqm space in size. It has a balcony which can give you a glimpse of the sunrise. We aim to provide the homey comfort to our guests during their stay by providing basic necessities. This space is ideal for couples. Small families or groups (max of 4) can be accommodated if they are looking for a spacious but budget friendly space at the center of town AND guests don't mind sleeping closely together. 3rd and 4th pax uses the sofa bed. Elevator access going to the roof deck is given to guests who wants to enjoy a 360 degree view of the city. Other things to note IMPORTANT REMINDERS AND INFORMATION TO GUESTS: 1. Strictly No smoking and No pets allowed as per bldg. policy. 2. The unit has No Aircon. Electric Fan(s) are available for guests' use. 3. In order to have ample time for cleaning and preparation, Check out time is strictly on or before 11AM, and Check in is at 2pm or anytime onwards. Early check in or late check out may be allowed subject to the room's availability but is not guaranteed. A fee equivalent to 10% of the room rate per hour shall be charged for early check in or late check out. 4. As per building policy, No visible hanging clothes in the balcony. 5. No unregistered guests. 6. Pls. observe quiet time 10pm - 7 am. Likewise, no partying and loud noise which can disturb neighbors. 7. Turn out all lights, and ensure faucets are closed when leaving the unit. 8. Clean as you go. Please always keep the place clean and dispose garbage (especially food waste) whenever you leave the place, or before you go to sleep at night at the garbage disposal room located near the elevator to prevent /minimize attracting pests in the unit. 9. Unlike hotels, and in order to keep costs low, we do not have 24/7 staff to attend to all your requests. Please read carefully what amenities are and are not provided when you booked. 10. One towel for each paying guest staying for every one to three nights stay. In excess of three nights, towels shall be added accordingly. Pls. bring your own should you need more than what is provided. 11. Basic cleaning tools are available at the unit for use. Should you need housekeeping services in the middle of your stay, please let us know in advance. It will be charged P500.00 to be paid directly to the housekeeper to cover laundromat and housekeeper's service fee. 12. Parking space inside the bldg. is no longer available, guests that need the same should inform us ahead if you need assistance in securing a parking slot in the nearby bldg. Parking fee is to be paid separately and directly to the bldg. admin. @ Php 300.00 or P350.00 (for privately owned parking slots) per day 12nn to 12nn with unlimited entry and exit. 13. The unit's TV has cable channels and is NETFLIX capable. NETFLIX is for the guest's log-in account 14. For hygienic reasons, we do not provide slippers. Please bring your own. 15. It is our desire to provide a pleasant guest experience. Guest feedback is important to us. Should you encounter issues during your stay, please notify the host immediately and we'll try our best to address your concerns promptly. 16. For guests arriving earlier or departing later than their accommodation's schedule, the bldg. no longer allows guests to leave their bags at the lobby. For options where to leave your belongings, please check with the host. 17 .Since we will be welcoming complete strangers into our home, We'll be requesting a screenshot of the guest's valid ID a few days before arrival for our reference. Likewise, all guests are required to present their valid ID upon check in as a security measure of the condominium building.
