The space The apartment is bright, generously sized, and easy to settle into. There are 2 bedrooms plus a fold-up bed for a fifth guest, with split system heating and cooling in all rooms for year-round comfort. You will also have a full kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, comfortable living area, private balcony, and allocated parking, making it a strong option for both short and longer stays. One of the biggest highlights is the location. Set in a convenient leafy pocket, the apartment is just a 1-minute walk to the trams and around a 5-minute walk to the train, with easy direct access into the CBD. Greenmeadows Gardens is also nearby, known for its manicured gardens, mature trees, open space, and family-friendly feel. You are also within easy reach of Ripponlea’s Glen Eira Road shopping and dining strip, Caulfield Park, and the St Kilda Botanical Gardens, giving you plenty to explore while still coming home to a quieter residential setting. Please note: The apartment is accessed via 2 flights of stairs and there is no elevator. The allocated parking space is best suited to small to medium vehicles, although some SUVs may still fit. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am. We may request photo ID and/or a security deposit prior to arrival.
