Welcome to Dumaguete City Oasis Treehouse! An oasis in the city surrounded by trees, plants, ponds and lilies, this private cozy treehouse is located near the airport, beach and downtown Dumaguete. You'll have the best of both worlds - the tranquility of nature and the excitement of this city of gentle people. The treehouse itself is a private and unique space, made of mahogany, bamboo and nipa with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a semi open kitchenette. Near City Mall, grocery, pharmacy. The space Our place is environmentally friendly with lots of tropical plants and shrubs, more than 100 trees of various species such as ylang ylang, mango, coconut, bangkal, mahogany, talisay, bamboos, etc., and grass on open spaces. Several birds can be seen and heard during daytime together with sound of flowing stream. The garden surrounding the treehouse is full of lush greenery and colorful flowers, and there are several seating areas, hammocks and swings where you can relax and take it all in. The ponds are home to Koi fish and Tilapia. You might spot some wildlife such as birds, insects and geckos.. Guest access Guests have access to the garden, hammocks, recliners, ponds, barbecue area, swing bed, single swing, spring well, stream, tables with umbrellas and chairs. Other things to note I am based in California, USA, hence please be patient if I am not able to reply immediately due to different time zones. Guests can request for airport and pier pick-up and send-off at a minimal price of P500 each way for 2 persons. We also offer a private package tour for 2 to Apo Island for Php 4,000 that includes round trip boat ride from Malatapay port to/from the island, a tour guide, lunch, snorkels and cottage. For light sleepers, there are dogs and roosters inside the property of 5,000 sqm that makes some noise early morning. The sound of passing vehicles along the main road can also cause disturbances to some which are beyond our control. Insect/mosquito repellant may be requested free of charge to guests who are prone to mosquito bites.
