Cute Lakefront Cottage

Relax on the waterfront and enjoy the privacy offered at Plymouth Lake. Take in the lake view from inside the cottage or from either side of the wrap around deck. Dangle your toes in the water while sunbathing or cast a line from one of the two docks. The wrap around deck allows you to sit in sun or shade at any time of day. Enjoy an easy walk around the lake or explore the 10,000 acres of state land. 10 miles to downtown Norwich for shopping and restaurants. The space The new construction cottage sits off a quiet road with a small cove on one side of the property and the main lake on the back side. The trim yard is flat and perfect for setting up lounge chairs or playing cornhole. Paddle around the lake in our 2-person kayak or multi-person paddle boat (up to 500 lbs capacity). Folding chairs, lawn games, life jackets and fishing rods are all available for use. Firewood is provided to use in the firepit. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a large armoire to hang clothes. Window AC unit in the bedroom. The living room has a love seat that folds out to a twin size bed, along with two comfy chairs and a rocking chair. There is enough room for an air mattress as well. The gas burning fireplace provides warmth for chilly nights. Open concept design and large windows provide plenty of natural light and nearly panoramic views of the lake. Cook your meals in the fully functional kitchen with comfortable seating for four or cook outside on the gas grill and dine at the table on the deck. Wi-Fi and a Smart Roku TV allow you to catch up on work, browse the internet, or stream movies or shows. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage. Okay to bring your dog, but sorry, no cats. No smoking inside. Other things to note Please bring your own beach towels for use outside. Bath towels and sheets are provided. Note that there is no washer, dryer or dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, but no tub. I live half an hour away if there are any questions or concerns.
