Chill ‘N Dale is a fully renovated KY-themed home (horses, bourbon, and UK) located in a peaceful neighborhood in south-central Lexington. Perfect for families, groups, couples, work trips, or solo travelers, this home offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle while staying close to UK, Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail, and more. Thoughtfully stocked and designed, it has everything you need for comfort and convenience — a perfect home base to relax, recharge, and experience the best of KY. The space Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. Two of the bedrooms have closets for your convenience. Each room includes a dresser, a Roku TV, a mirror, and a charging station built into the bedside lamps. For your convenience, please use the “Towels” towel rack installed in each room. Bathroom: Each guest will find two towels provided. The bathroom includes a bathtub-shower combo with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. You’ll also find a hairdryer, iron, washcloths, hand towels, a sewing kit, a first aid kit, and other essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. Living Room: This is the first space you’ll walk into. It features blackout blinds, board games, books, and a Roku TV with access to all streaming services. This is the only TV that has cable for local news and weather. You’ll also find a dedicated workspace here, conveniently located near our fast Wi-Fi for your comfort and productivity. Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the essentials and more, including basic cookware, toaster, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker complete with cream, sugar, and sweeteners. You’ll also find a tea kettle with a selection of teas, baking sheets, a pizza cutter and pan, an ice cream scoop, and more — everything you need to prepare any meal you desire. Dishwasher pods are provided for your convenience. The laundry area is conveniently connected to the kitchen. Laundry: Enjoy free use of the washer and dryer, with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided for your convenience. Backyard: Enjoy a spacious backyard and patio complete with comfortable patio furniture and a gas grill with utensils. Plenty of shade allows you to relax comfortably without worrying about sunburn or overheating. The backyard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence, offering a peaceful and private outdoor space for your stay. Parking: Free parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Please avoid blocking the sidewalk, and do not leave vehicles parked on the street for more than 24 hours. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire home and backyard. Free private parking is available, with space for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Please be sure not to block the sidewalks. Around check-in time on your arrival day, you’ll receive a code for convenient keyless entry. Other things to note A rental agreement outlining the house rules, policies, and consequences for violations must be signed before check-in instructions are provided.
